A handmade prototype for a Kiwi-based egg carrier and its packaging. The kiwi is famous, among other things, for being the bird that lays the largest egg in proportion to its size. My Kiwi egg-holder is based on that fact. This product is meant to be a portable case for a single egg. The outer packaging is hand-sewn from plush fabrics with beads for eyes, and the skeleton is made with Fimo with a metal hinge for the joint.
