Higher Magazine, is a unique and modern music and art's magazine located in Vancouver, BC.  For this project, the magazine only needed a 4 spread layout along with a final front cover.  The project's theme was a clean and minimal style. I wanted to keep a very clean a crisp layout throughout the whole project. The typefaces used for this project were; Garmond,  and Montserrat bold. I wanted to again, keep it simple and clean and thought a sans-serif bold font would be the smartest way to go in terms of headers. 

 

Higher Magazine is all about elegance, and style. The objective of this project was to capture both the elegance of the artist but also to bring out their style through the element of design. Each spread is divided by a different colour in order to allow the reader to clearly understand the spread is a new article.
