The DFence barrier panel is a plastic fence panel for use in road-working conditions or wherever a temporary barrier is required. The panel is produced using one of the largest blow moulding machines in Australasia.
Material: Blow moulded HDPE, Injection moulded Glass Filled Nylon, Concrete filled Vac’ formed shell

The project required in-depth investigation of the relevant standards for temporary traffic management and barriers.
This blow moulding process meets new demands for mass production of large plastic parts, meeting the requirement for high daily output of new product.
CNC machined tooling and high technology blow moulding processes provided an excellent finish for this size of product.
Two available foot options are available; a lightweight plastic version and a concrete filled plastic shell version.
