Gap Inc Student 'Dress Normal' Campaign (YCN Brief)

'Something days' Flyer. This shows drawings of hobbies that students might have, such as djing, photography and art, and has the copy ‘It’s not what your clothes say about you, it’s what you do in them’. This suggests that your hobbies let you express yourself show you can wear plain clothing and be comfortable while you take part in them.
‘Nothing days’ flyer. This has images of things associated with nights out and also things associated with morning afters. The copy ‘Late nights, lazy days, we’ve got comfy covered’ appeals to a students need to look good whilst being comfortable, when they are not feeling their best.
The Facebook page has a cover photo using the copy ‘something days or nothing days, students, we have you covered’. I have sketched drawings of things that could be associated with being active or being lazy. I have also used a handwritten type face because it reminded me of students taking notes. I have also included the 25% off for students.
This page would be central for competitions which students could get involved in, for example, describe a something and nothing day for a chance to win. This would raise awareness of the quality of Gap and allow students to have practical involvement with the brand.
