Universal term used to qualify a small restaurant that prepare simple cooking, to take away or eat-in
Kiosk is a "pocket bistro", a simple delicatessen as can be found anywhere in the world, although unique and familiar every time.
Everyone has in mind a nice little deli, briefly discovered during a trip in Berlin or New-York, or assiduously frequented during studies in Copenhagen... This kind of small place where you feel simply good, sipping a cup of coffee or eating a pie while reading quietly a book ; a welcoming home away from home.
This is the idea that guided the design of this new place based in Strasbourg, Capital of Europe. By combining codes universally and unconsciously recognizable, this little place gets a familiar atmosphere.
