An experiment in multiplayer AR gaming.
Built in Unity FootballAR allows two players to go head to head. Based on the game 'blow football' the players aim is to push the ball into the oppositions net. Each player uses an iOS device, using the marker to share a virtual space where the game is played. This creates a unique two player experience.
Players had great fun playing the game with a large marker and making it a full size table game. Or with a more close quarters game sitting down with a phone opposite your opponent. Multiplayer AR gaming is an interesting idea. A shared virtual space to play is something that gives a different and rich experience.
