Gormley, Artist's Book
Designed for a Book Design Class

Antony Gormley is a sculpture artist using the human body as his main subject. It is roughly divided into three kinds of work exploring the body and human nature. I interpreted the differences in his work into my book titles  My concept in designing this book was to emphasize the way his work evolves. I created a sophisticated typographic treatment to compliment the seriousness of Gormley’s work. I used linear vector images to compliment the linear sculptures.
