1_Documentation: For our first assignment we had to go to the East Falls Bridge and take some photographs, sketch and draw a sight plan of the area. We then had to comepose three layouts: one of our drawings, one of four photographs and one of a collage of photos showing a perspective.

2_Manipulation: Going back to other pictures of the bridge, I edited images to give them a new reading or enhance them. For this particular image I wanted to confuse or disorient the viewer of which way was up or down.

2_Manipulation: The curvature of the railing was trying to bring attention to a particular view. I saw that as an opportunity to enhance that and focus on that view. The railing swirls and calls attention to that one moment inside of the swirl.

2_Manipulation: Attempting to bring focus back to the bridge, I removed my friend Shannon and tried to bring attention to the bridge in use. 

2_Manipulation: For this one I tried to sharpen the bridge and blur the background to again bring focus to the bridge.

3_Collage: Again, using the beautiful bridge pictures, my class was instructed to hand draw an aspect of the bridge. Then scan the image into photoshop and overlay our drawing on top of the picture.

4_Texture: In Design 2 we were assigned a house to study. My house was Maison a Bordeaux. Our assignment for texture was to hand draw a perspective of that house and render it in photoshop. 

5_Representation I: After hand drawing an object of our choosing, we were instructed to scan the drawings into illustrator and add dimensions. My object was a NIkon camera lens. 

6_Representation II: Using the same object from Representation I, I digitally drafted my object and put the dimensions on again. 

7_Vectors: In this assignment my class had to create a self portrait using Illustrator and enlarge a detail of that self portrait. I chose to enlarge my eye, because I felt that it was the most interesting deail.

8_Documentation II: On an excursion to the Barnes Foundation I took photographs to document the building. I also did some sketches andcreated a collage combining photos and

sketches.

9_Construction: Taking my model from Design 2, I placed it in its location in Floriac, France. Then I also made an interior section as well as a perspective.

10_Construction II: For this assignment I edited my model from Design 2 and fixed any craft issues that I didn't fix in real life. Here are the before and after pictures.

11_Narrative: The MAXXI Museum is in Rome, Italy and is the first museum for contemporary art and architecture in Rome. My partner, Max Bliss, and I created a mock competition board for the MAXXI using pictures, sections, and Zaha Hadid's own artwork.

12_recover: For my recover of To Kill A Mockingbird I decided to use Scout's and Tom's silhouettes with a mockingbird in Tom's eye and the tree in Scout's eye. The mockingbird is symbolizing Tom's innoncence and freedom with the trial and the tree is symbolizing Scout's childhood innocence. 

13_graphic: Using vectors and Cornell's usual font, I created a lecture poster for Cornell University.

14_perspective: Using my design for my visitor's center from Design 2, I created an exploded axon highlighting the main circulation through an almost solid wall in my building, and a section perspective.
