The aim of Major Studio project was to explore our limits as designers and utilize the knowledge acquired throughout this journey of three years at college to maximum utilization and create a project which would highlight our portfolios. My project aims at designing a library for the community of Greater Kailash which would address the lack of social and academic locations around New Delhi.

 

The project aims at exploring the role of built environment in order to create a spectacular intervention of space. The module required various phases reading, conceptualization, research were a few among them. We were provided with a tagline and a book for inspiration. The module allowed us to build our own brief to demonstrate our learning of space planning and multimedia skills in this project.
