The following is an overview of tasks I completed during my three years working with Victor Bellaish, Israeli bridal and eveningwear designer. My projects focused on delicate hand work: hand sewing and mending lace, adding crystals and pearls, and pleating.

I helped to create following dress from a single vintage lace table cloth, sewn with hidden seams to appear as one unified piece. I also applied a portion of the Swarovsi stones in settings held to the fabric.
These images show the process and details, and the near-finished dress with lining ready to be hemmed.

I pleated the following top myself, entirely by hand. The chiffon was pre-pleated to provide a framework, and I adjusted and pinned it to each half of the bodice. I then sewed by hand underneath the pleats to hide the stitches and hold them in place while still allowing natural movement. After fitting, the edges were finished and braided straps attached. The bride requested a simple chiffon skirt with two slits, attached with hidden snaps.
These images show the pleating process, completed top, bride durring a fitting and on her wedding day.
The following is a collection of various additional garments I worked on, from creating embellishment designs to sewing the garments themselves. Some were featured in Vivi’s 2017 Fashion Show. Others were worn by Israeli celebrities such as Shlomit Malka, Miri Mesika, Ninet Tayeb, and Ilanit Levi, among others.
