This project aimed to help the design & marketing teams to identify trend in local home appliance market and opportunities of improvements on design process. This project had 2 preview steps, benchmarking of design process and a teaser for design team to create creative inputs for the next project step. After, the project had a 2-day workshop focused to creative discussion with 4 specialists linked directly or indirectly to home appliance market. In the end, the teams developed design themes as new project drivers. 
 
This project included the following steps: development of creative tools for the project steps; workshop organization; interface with design & marketing teams, final report with design themes and new opportunities for company. Project developed within the Feel the Future office - Curitiba/Brazil;
