Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course that teaches you how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. The brochure promotes the training for the class to spread awareness. The images and feeling of this brochure needed to be inspirational while also conveying the often hidden, dark side of mental illness.
