Wood I: Fall 2014: Disk Project (Material Exploration)
Materials: Walnut Wood, Titebond Wood Glue, Salad Bowl Finish

In order to achieve the final level of finish, the disk is wetted and sanded. Three coats of salad bowl finish is applied.
Then the disc is finished and smoothed of any fine grain textures with steel wool.
