During the Summer of 2013 I was honored to complete the painting of this bison on a traditional Aboriginal teepee for the Faculty of Aboriginal Studies at the University of Alberta. The Teepee was completed in conjunction with Faculty member Kristine Wray, who did the abstract portions, and was raised with a traditional smoke ceremony, Sept 2013.
