A community project at the SLATE tearoom in Beeston, South Leeds.

Worked collaboratively to create a chalkboard menu suitable for all uses of the cafe. Including children, adults with disabilities and more.

Client was manager of the tearooms; we worked with her and her menu to create the chalkboard. It is easily adaptable for the manager to change.

It was a great experience working with the SLATE team who are a remarkable organization and a great part of the community. The menu was loved by all the cafe stall and customers. Helen the cafe manager was really pleased with the menu. I would love to work on a project like this again, using my creative skills to bring something to an amazing community.

The SLATE cafe is an amazing place and would recommend it to any one... their home made cakes are so good!!!
