This is another custom-made furniture commission.

 

The only requirement was to design a piece for a specific space in the client's living room. Style, materials and colours were all up to us!

 

This couple recently undertook a large-scale home renovation, resulting in a beautiful and open modern interior space with stunning walnut floors and lots of ceiling height. Their furniture was comprised of many modern as well as mid-century pieces.

 

They also commissioned a staircase railing with black steel bars and walnut accents from a local welder. After visiting the home and gathering information, we decided to take the staircase railing as the reference for our design. The use of straight lines, walnut and black steel created a unique and functional piece that fits seamesly in their space.

 

The last two renderings were the first sketches done for the client.
