Sailor Moon has always had a special place in my heart.
I have so many memories linked to this animated series. It made me start to draw and soon enough I filled every school book of sailor warriors, cats with half moon on their forehead and bunnies in bowtie.

When I discovered that 20 years were already passed, and that Japan greeted the beauty warrior who fight in the name of the Moon with a new animated series called "Sailor Moon Crystal", I wondered what I could have done to thank her for all the good moments we shared.
In a March's night, before I started to paint on a guitar during the Art Guitar Night, I plucked the courage up and I spoke with Alpo of Treviso Comic Book Festival about my idea of a no profit from fans to fans Sailor Moon tribute art exhibition. His positive answer was immediate. We started to work together on this project, me from London and him from Treviso and we created Moon Pride, a Sailor Moon Tribute Art Show.
These are my personal tributes to the beauty warrior who fights evil by moonlight.
I chose Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, my favourite characters of the whole Sailor Moon universe.

MOON PRIDE / Treviso Comic Book Festival edition was hosted by Ikiya, a Japanese shop which is also a Japanese bar.
I did a Sailor Moon themed draw on IKIYA's window with UniPosca markers, expecially for the art show.
I drew also the cover of the limited edition catalogue printed by RenBooks.
I got the chance to bring the exhibition from Treviso / Italy to London / UK at HYPER JAPAN Christmas Market.
For this event I drew another tribute and this time I chose Sailor Moon.
I did also a Sailor Moon themed live drawing during Hyper Japan in LONDON (UK) on a vynil toy.
