Since 2009, Lipscomb's Student Government Association has hosted an annual paint rave for students. In addition to consistently being SGA's best-attended event of the year, Paint the Herd draws local attention for being a good clean fun alternative to the typical party scene. A student DJ hosts the rave while SGA officers throw paint onto the crowd of students (the Lipscomb Bison herd).

The title was handlettered using a brushpen.
