This is a conceptual commercial project to revitalize an unused US Army airfield.  The design goal of this infill project was to create an experience that generated the right mix of jobs, tax base, 24-hour vitality and other population needs for this growing area in Southern California.  The village was designed to be pedestrian oriented, with both active and passive open spaces.

 

I worked on the overall land and landscape plans for the project.
