The project is based in a manual which allows you to write tickets, wheelclamp, and spray messages onto the cars of idiot parkers. Accompanying these pieces is a manual which contains actual South African parking rules and leads the reader to a YouTube site which explains how, in South Africa, we have parking attendants, even though it really doesn’t seem to help. The manual also contains a number of bumper stickers which may be applied at the users descretion.

The poster is meant to be a floating-poster which will travel as it is used. The idea is to use the poster with hairspray as a stamp to spray a message onto offenders’ car windows.
