Having the ability to design the scenography for the exhibition for Katowice Academy of Fine Arts, we tried to bring out the essence of work of the artist and the place / space in which he is ment to design. We wanted to emboss the individuality and the prestige of this grand opening by arranging the huge exhibition space of Rondo Sztuki into small spaces assigned to specific art departments. These spaces were separated by using semi transparent curtains that are characteristic for the Silesian region. Additionally, they were printed with the elements of the existing identification and links to specific projects. The complete installation, through this very simple measures, allowed us to limit the large space of Rondo and to create a number of "places" at which the public could meet in a more intimate setting and focus strictly on the projects.
