Having potatoes as raw material and a low-cost budget, our aim was to take advantage of the peels, which we usually throw away, and insert them in another context, a context in that they can be eaten and we can realize that they can have a similar taste to the traditional potato chips and make them into a delicious appetizer.
The shape of the structure of our kitchen where it is clearly possible to operate the procedure of our recipe, came up through the free, organic and undefined drawing of cutting off a peel. Three quadrangular prisms with doors and all of them functionals in terms of support or storage of materials or cables, are created to support the table top, which is made in white laminated agglomerate wood, like the entire structure.
The procedure of the recipe consists of four steps: washing and scrubbing of potatoes; peeling and water runoff from the peels; placing on spit, frying and oil runoff; and finally the presentation of the recipe to consumer, where they have a wide choice of seasonings to their liking.
