"Even though I'm surrounded by amazing technology, I still feel the need to make with my hands. I'm particularly interested in how handmade objects forge connections between people. Whether it be through a journal shared between long time friends or a one time postcard exchange between strangers, there's a powerful and tangible feeling that resonates with me. Through my work, I hope others are inspired to reconnect through handmade correspondence."
