This was my final project in Storyboarding at the Dodge School of Film and Media Art at Chapman University.
Our professor, Ernie Marjoram, tasked us with finding a book, a news article, or any kind of story (as long as it hasn't been shown on television or on film) and create a storyboard of a scene from the source.
I based my storyboard on Greg Bear's The Forge of God, published by Tor Books in 1987 (ISBN 16089603).
I outline the final scene on Earth as it is "devoured" for minerals by the aliens. It details the last moments of humanity, specifically of the two characters of Edward and Beth, who were strangers until they met in Yellowstone National Park.
