THE DARK TALES OF THE BROTHERS HARROW - Volume 1 collects the first two issues of two sci-fi fantasy titles - The Delta and Avalon: The World Within. It contains over 130 pages of beautifully cinematic comic goodness.
Our goal is for the reader to experience the cinematic quality of film while merging the complex narrative styles of comics and literature.
My name is Alex Charleux and I'm illustrating and developing the artistic exploration for THE DELTA, the first one of the two stories you will find in THE DARK TALES.
THE DELTA is the story of a self-righteous ex-military firefighter that awakens from a coma, twenty years after the chaos of Hurricane Katrina. New Orleans is now a dangerous post-apocalyptic nightmare and our hero fights his way through the dystopian Underworld to investigate his son’s disappearance only to discover that the answer lies in the darkness of his past.

The DELTA seeks to blur the lines between dark fantasy, post-apocalyptic science fiction, and surrealism. This isn't your lit professor's Dante's Inferno.
In the world of The DELTA, there are priests mutated by spiritual corruption. Child armies that ravage and burn the countryside. And our hero finds himself in a deep and winding mystery with an ending you have to see to believe.
