A website based on bringing a city together while bettering their lives and health.
Grand Rapids, as a city is easily accessible from here on campus. This project focused on developing a proposal for the city of Grand Rapids. A lot of communities, especially in the urban context are looking for ways to connect with their citizens online, and this was our opportunity to come up with an idea for something the city needs. I collaborated with another classmate of mine and we developed "Healthy Horizon," a website that brings the community together, from citizens to local business, by educating, promoting and motivating the city to adopt healthier lifestyles.
