The artwork represents terrorist attacks that occurred in Italy from 2000 to 2013. Every line, colored according to the objective of the attack, links respectively the year and place of the event and it is marked by a number related to its respective terrorist.
The colored circles placed on both cities and years display the amount of terrorist attacks that have occurred in that given year and place. The 2007 has not been taken into account because there had been no terrorist attack in Italy.
