Derek Jeter was always a player I admired as a young baseball player. His style of play, professionalism and the way he carried himself off the field are traits that all athletes and people should take note of.
My goal in this project was to create an identity for the Yankee captain.

I started with a custom typeface for Derek Jeter's initials.
Then I took the Yankee "2" and combined Derek's initials.
D & J outlined in gray.
Final logo in Yankee blue
