Boundless Hub is a conceptual project for an inviting community hub blending between the interior spaces and urban environment. Our Conceptual structure is composed of 2 main intersecting plazas and an infinity shaped ramp. The most striking feature in this design is the roof, which extends down to the floor, functioning as a ramp, allowing people to climb it for a walk or to relax. The interior space beneath the ramp is furnished with various seating options, providing different areas for community interaction and relaxation.
This project is an experiential project within the framework of Collaborative Classroom held by Thesis Incubator Studio of Politecnico di Milano with the collaboration of Middlesex University, under the supervision of Prof. Giovanna Piccinno and Alice Zingales. The project encouraged the integration of new technologies in the concept generation, in design phase, and even in the project presentation and discussion phase using the Metaverse as our exhibition space and meeting point since we are working remotely with a company overseas.
