This was the creative poster made for one of famous gourmet burger cafe at Jakarta, Indonesia.They are looking for copywriting with a punch. There are two core messages that the client want to convey in just one creative poster design.
The main value that they want to promote is “work life balance”, in other words its a work hard and play hard.
And their cafe are offering is the “play hard” part. Usually people interpret the “play hard” one is quiet irresponsible and rebellious image, while the “work hard” one usually being responsible and a little bit uptight. The message elaboration are "play hard" part which mean to enjoy their life,keeping the inner child alive espescially it will bring in more positive energy.
And the second message they want to convey is be good at whatever role we play, be responsible and excellent at work. Yet; be fun, simple, and care free at life. People will attend role in their life,example: different act at the office (as a boss, as a colleague, as an employee), different act at home (as husband or wife, as father or mother), and different act when socialising (as a friend). So its all about work life balance,how to be responsible, clever, solid yet fun and able to appreciate and enjoy good live. Enjoy live mode refers to happiness, go lucky, carefree and unconcerned.
So here how we manage to give both. We have created a balance message that convey both values:
