I am excited to share my final design studio project at ASU, a culmination of extensive learning and hard work. It is with gratitude that I present this project here on Behance.

This project explores the integration of modular design principles into high-rise buildings, with a specific focus on affordability. The initial inspiration for this project stemmed

 from an article highlighting the prevalence of vacant units in skyscrapers throughout Manhattan.


Located in close proximity to Central Park, the project site features an existing abandoned building. The primary goal of this project is to introduce a mixed-use program,

 incorporating commercial spaces at the lower levels and modular residential units at the upper levels. Through innovative design strategies and a focus on addressing real-world

 challenges, this project aims to contribute to sustainable and inclusive urban development. I am excited to share more details and insights into this project with you.
