Le shito (également appelé shitor) est un célèbre condiment ghanéen à base de piments forts, proche d'un relish, à la saveur profonde, terreuse, fumée et poissonneuse. Il peut être préparé de différentes manières et chaque foyer a sa propre recette. Ce condiment se marie parfaitement avec le poisson et la viande, et peut être servi en accompagnement de la plupart des plats.

Au Bénin, le Shito est appélé "Taki Fion Fion" en langue Fon.
