Image of the Golden Age - exhibition design
Large temporary exhibition in the former residence of the Polish kings located in over
20 representative chambers. It showcases almost 450 works of art, which represented Renaissance art created under the reign of the royal Jagiellonian dynasty.

The project required the preparation of special temporary exhibition structures, whose unique spatial shapes changed in each room. These structures were designed so that they did not obscure the chambers, but worked in dialogue with their architecture. The castle interiors were equivalent exhibits - witnesses to the story told by the artworks.

The unique culmination of the exhibition was the openwork rotunda - a structure presenting
the sculptures of the Wawel Heads in a circle - removed from the ceiling and placed at eye level. It was the first ever opportunity to stand "eye to eye" with them instead of looking up.
