For this project, we were required to create a well-designed packaged product for a given celebrity. The brand and product were both assigned. My brand is Willie Nelson, and my product is tequila. 

Willie Nelson is known for his country music and cowboy charm. He was also born in Texas. The guitar is a prominent instrument in his songs, and I initially wanted the bottle to be shaped like one; however, that was unfortunately not possible. His style is very down-to-earth and simple, and the bottle label and design reflect those characteristics. The name of the product is a play off one of his most famous songs, "On The Road Again."

This product will likely hold great appeal for his fans, both old and young, due to its connection to his music and its earthy, both of which already represent Willie Nelson as an artist and as a person.

The first step of this project was to research both the brand and the product, which in this case is Willie Nelson himself and tequila as a whole. 

I then took these elements and tried to create a label. The guitar-shaped bottle didn't work out, so I just created a normal label, and I actually ended up leaving the guitar out of it completely (it didn't fit somehow). The final draft of the label, however, was wonderful:

I took this to Adobe Substance 3D Stager and placed it on a model of a tequila bottle I found off of Adobe Stock. The color of the bottle ended up matching the vibe I wanted, with its earthy tones. I feel that the final background choice went well with it too. 

The final product name I chose was "Tequila del Camino," with the slogan "taste the road again." This, combined with the images, embody a wonderful simplicity that would work well on a real product, should Willie Nelson choose to create another tequila product!
