This is a house design ordered by our client, Mr. AJ. This work is located in Pamekasan, East Java with environmental conditions that are often hit by floods. This condition led us to create a multi-storey building model. we provide additional elevation of more than 1 meter from the original elevation. automatically in the front area we place access to the main door in the form of stairs.

This building only consists of 1 floor according to the client's request. consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and garden on each side of the building which functions for smooth air circulation. At the front there is a carport that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

This is the 4th alternative of the 5 proposed design concepts. We provide 5 different exterior styles, such as classic, Balinese, futuristic, tropical and modern. We provide these 5 options and also consider the client's character who is an assertive person. Finally the modern tropical concept was chosen.

look at the exterior. The building has only one facade facing north, a good position for stable solar intensity. There is a square area which is emphasized using the dark color of granite tiles as a symbol of steadfastness. Next to it there is a point of view in the form of batik-touch ornaments made from aluminum composite panels (ACP) with LED lights on the edges. On the terrace, we provide a symbol of steadfastness in the form of 4 large columns with covering material in the form of dark colored granite tiles decorated with LED lights. We gave the surrounding walls a warm color in the form of cream paint. adding some windows to make the most of the tropical climate.

on the roof we use a triangular prism shape as an adaptation to the tropical climate. Apart from that, it also gives a dashing impression to the building
