As a student project, thumbnails were created with an object that is used daily and photographed personally. There was a mindmap and a list of slogans used to help inspire and create the thumbnails. The object was photographed and used in the advertisement designed as a story Instagram advertisement. The object had to be shown in a positive, negative, or metaphorical way. The object in this advertisement was the Fenty Beauty "Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer." The brand was created by Rihanna, so the names of her songs were used to create an advertisement to bring fans to purchase the product. The advertisement was created in Adobe Illustrator CC 2024 using layer masks, a pen tool, a shape tool, layer effects, a magic wand, selection tools, gradients, and brushes. The mirror in frame 1 of the advertisement was edited in Adobe Photoshop CC 2024 by using AI to remove the background and the reflection inside of the mirror.
