The developer’s layout did not take into account the customer’s needs and had disadvantages:
-the main problem was the large useless hall area
-small kitchen area with no storage
-dark hallway
Thanks to the redevelopment, it was possible to use the space as efficiently as possible, despite the small area (46 sq m)As a result we got:
-a full-fledged dressing room in the bedroom
-spacious bathroom with laundry area
-kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a hidden tea area
