The team: Hung Nguyen & Linh Vo
The challenge: Ignite Closeup's long-lasting freshness in a captivating and aspirational manner tailored for GenZ, inspiring them to embrace confidence, take the chance, and move closer to their loved ones, regardless of who they may be.
The 2nd challenge: You have a mere 48 hours to transform your idea into a film and an IMC plan. Runnnnnnnnn!
The insight: In romantic matters, young people are always shy, afraid, and think they have ample time to slowly build up the chemistry until a perfect time to take action and turn it into love. However, not many can stand waiting that long. Their love stories, therefore, are broken.
This leads us to the idea: CHANCE WILL EXPIRE!
Love waits for no one. The chance to transform a flirtation into genuine love will eventually expire, like everything else on Earth. So, just confess and get closer before the "expiry date".
We intend to roll this idea out in two phases:
- Phase 1: Alert! It can expire soon
- Phase 2: It's time to get closer

The mid-autumn festival is just around the corner, and we believe it's time to bring some fun for adults! With that in mind, we have developed an idea to infuse a twist into the lyrics of popular Vietnamese mid-autumn songs.
We transform certain words into sounds that cater to the hidden desires of adults, while maintaining a harmonious blend with the original melody.
This exclusive playlist is curated especially for adults like you! Let's enjoy!

[3.1] SAVE SOIL (Giữ lấy đất)
The brief: An awareness campaign to urge people to do their bit to save the world’s most decisive resource – soil.
The approach: An uncomfortable reality needs uncomfortable truths to be called out for it to be noticed. We have used provocation as an approach to ruffle the readers and make them aware of the grave reality.
(I absolutely love their approach, and this is an intriguing yet challenging task for me to fully transcreate the idea spirit, in a Vietnamese manner!)

My sketching skills aren't great, but I hope you can still get the idea!
We can also design new eyewear where two-thirds of the lenses are completely blacked out, making it impossible to see through, while reserving enough space at the bottom for subs to be visible.
