Sketchbook Tour
I think it's important to practice the basics from time to time. One can find oneself feeling a bit rusty within their abilities, and geometric shapes are really helpful to understand what we can do better and to improve our work. In my sketchbook, I mix a bit of these practices with other drawings and sketches that I do more for pleasure and artistic ends.
The geometric shapes practices are really helpful to apply to object drawing, so I also try to apply this to my sketches and create objects that are a bit more complex than the initial geometric shapes, but still remain fairly simple.
Other excellent practices include anatomy studies, focusing on poses, faces, hands, and details of the human body. These studies are incredibly useful for creating characters and mastering the art of stylization. I thoroughly enjoy engaging in these practices.
I also enjoy exploring color, textures, landscapes, and other aspects of art.
