In March of 2024, I approached the execs at Ace of Ducks, the poker club on campus at UO, where I spend my Thursday nights playing poker. I felt the club needed a real logo. The execs happily let me have creative control over the process which led me to redesign what a classic king card looks like in a deck. This took three weeks from the initial concept stage to final product.
