ChainShirt Man (Chainsaw Man Hoodie Designs)
Description:
Watching anime with my twin sister is one of my favorite pastimes. We have a wide range of anime we enjoy, but recently, "Chainsaw Man" has stood out as one of our top picks. Despite this newfound love, I realized I had very little apparel representing the show. To remedy this, I decided to create some hoodie designs. This project also served as a chance for me to gain experience in graphic design and clothing. In the end, I created two designs for matching hoodies, each featuring designs for the back, front, and sleeves. In the future I plan on adding these designs to hoodies so that I can show my love for the show to everyone.
Steps Taken:
Step 1:
The initial step was to download the software necessary for designing. I opted for Paint.net, a free editing software, as I already had previous experience with this program.
Step 2:
Next, I collected all the images needed for my designs, sourced from the internet (Disclaimer: None of these images were created by me).
Step 3:
With all the tools and images ready, I began by creating the designs for the back of the hoodies. I started by cropping and resizing both of the characters images. Then, using the square tool, I added different colored borders around each character. Finally, I used the text tool to add their names, outlining them for emphasis.
Step 4:
Moving on to the next step, I focused on creating the designs for the top corner on the front right side of the hoodies. This step required removing the backgrounds from both images and resizing them accordingly.
Step 5:
The final step required replicating the process from step 4 for the two images intended for the left and right sleeves.
