 "Unsportsmanlike conduct - another philosophy of Adidas".

Synopsis:
I think your shoelaces are untied. The sports casual shoes are for the whole family and any occasion, no need to bend over and lace. Sports like Adidas, comfortable like Crocs.


Task:
A new product concept to attract a new target audience and increase sales on a long-term basis accly.


Target audience:
Families, pregnant women, kids and their parents, elderly.


Users stories:
Pregnant women:
-it's hard for me to bend down and put on my shoes every time, and I can't tie laces by myself.
-I can't wear shoes long because my feet keep swelling.


Parents of the kids:
- It takes us a long time to find the right shoe size for our child so that it does not press or large.
- We need to tie laces on our child’s shoes constantly, it keep coming undone.


Adults:
- I'm an office worker, it's hot & uncomfortable to wear regular shoes all day.
- I'm a businessman and can't wear clogs or beach shoes due to constant meetings with partners and investors.


Elderly:
- I can't tie my shoelaces when I leave the house, it's hard for me to bend down.
- I need my foot to be well-supported by my shoes while walking, otherwise, I might fall.


Product:
The concept is based on useful & comfortable casual sports shoes for the whole family (for each of the 4 life cycles of the family: pregnant women, kids, adults, elderly - further named as "life cycles“). Shoes can be made entirely/partly from Adifoam, Avirex, Croslite (Crocs collab.), or others suitable for manufacturer materials. 



Commercials:
The 4 self-sufficient commercials for each life cycle but with a single plot, logo, slogan and design creating one big story associated with Adidas development history:
1st commercial of shoes for pregnant it’s 1st life cycle, named the BIRTH;
2nd for kids it's 2nd life cycle, named the TRUST;
3rd for adults it's 3rd cycle, named the OLYMP;
4th for elderly it's 4th cycle, named the AGE.
Commercials under the new slogan shall be broadcast on television, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X,  as well as in Adidas stores.

Commercial Message:
The brand that accompanies a human through his life, raises and supports the champion inside him, from the beginning of the life cycle in the womb and to old age. This is not just a sport anymore, this is education, motivation and support at all stages of life. Unsportsmanlike conduct – another philosophy of Adidas.


Slogan: "WE RAISE CHAMPIONS"

On black billboards, the white logo with slogan shall printed in 1:6 ratio to the billboard.

For pregnant women: (an example design)
The beautiful lightweight casual sports shoes that will provide convenience while put on and comfort while walking:
- wide toe (pregnant have swollen legs often and ordinary shoes are not suitable)
- without laces or imitation laces (it's easy to put on, no need to bend over);
- large tongue or loop on the heel (it's easy to put on, no need to bend over);
- non-slip high grip sole with an asymmetrical tread pattern (prevents slipping).


For babies and kids: (an example design)
The casual shoes provide the correct & healthy foot growth, easy choosing the suitable size due to the insole-indicator:
insole-indicator of the correct size (informing parents to buy the next size);
- wide toe (for healthy & correct child's foot growth);
- without laces or imitation laces (it's convenient shoe a child);
- supported heel collar with soft lining (foot not hang out inside & dont rub); 
- large tongue or loop on the heel (it's convenient shoe a child);
- non-slip & flexible sole (correct work of the leg muscules);


For adults: (an example design)
Comfortable sports shoes for adults which can be fitted for any occasion, from walking on a beach to the business meetings:
- memory foam insole (breathable, antibacterial, shockabsorbing, comfortable)
- supported heel collar with soft lining (foot not hang out inside & dont rub);
- non-slip high grip sole with an asymmetrical tread pattern (prevents slipping).

Comfortable, stylish, non-slipping and simple-to-fit casual sports shoes:
- supported heel collar with soft liningr (foot not hang out inside & dont rub);
- with or without laces;
- large tongue or heel loop (it's easy to put on);
- non-slip high grip sole with an asymmetrical tread pattern (prevents slipping).
