취업을 준비하면서 한 회사로부터 과제를 받아 제작하게 된 미디어 아트 영상입니다.
5일이라는 짧은 시간 내 자연을 주제로 한 영상을 제작해야 했기에 3D에 매력을 느낀 부분을 표현하는 것에 집중했습니다.
현실은 더 현실처럼, 상상도 현실처럼 구현할 수 있는 마법 같은 능력으로 제작한 '한여름 밤의 꿈'은 영상을 보고 있는 것이 아닌 실제 그 장소에 존재하여 경험하는
느낌을 주기 위해 풀벌레 소리, 빗소리와 같은 백색 소음을 가미했으며 마법 같은 현상의 방아쇠로 사용하여 비현실적인 느낌을 주는 장치로 사용했습니다.
호수는 깊이를 가늠할 수 없어 상상력을 자극할 수 있는 신비로운 공간이라 생각하여 호수 위로 비가 내려 파문을 일으키고
그 소리가 한층 풍요롭게 보일 수 있겠다고 생각하여 숲속의 호수 위로 비 내리는 장소를 보여주게 되었습니다.

I received a task to assess my capabilities before being employed, which required creating a video within a short timeframe of 5 days. With a focus on showcasing the appeal of 3D while centering the video around nature, I titled it "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
The aim of the video was to create an immersive experience where reality feels even more real and imagination becomes tangible. To achieve this, I incorporated elements of white noise, such as the sounds of cicadas and rain, enhancing the immersive quality of the piece. Additionally, I used magical phenomena to evoke a sense of unreality.
Regarding the lake as a mystical space where depths are immeasurable and imagination is ignited, I decided to depict rain falling over the lake in the forest. This choice aimed to stimulate the viewer's imagination further, creating a rich auditory experience as the rain creates ripples on the lake's surface.
전시회에서 상영되는 것을 가정해 3면 스크린 형식으로도 배치해 봤습니다.
비록 좋은 결과를 얻지 못했지만 새로운 시도와 경험을 할 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다.
시각, 청각을 자극하는 한여름 밤의 꿈을 통해 재밌는 경험을 하셨길 바랍니다.

I tried arranging it in a three-screen format, assuming it would be projected at an exhibition. Although the outcome wasn't as successful as I had hoped, it was still a valuable opportunity for experimentation and new experiences.
