Something Green
Something Blue
My eye for color and light have definitely changed from the beginning. I used to only use direct natural light. Since then, I have learned to incorporate some shadows into my work. My color palette have expanded with me using for flowers and natural colors in my picture. Some of my photos don't include the rule of third. I see that it is true especially when it comes to portraits and photography of people. Some photos like the silhouette, I have to go against the light, but for portraits I look at the light. I take pictures in the moment. I take inspiration from what I see and then take photos. I notice that I don't edit my photos except for cropping them to balance the picture. The type of photography I feel attracted to most is portrait. I think with a person, I can take any kinds of photos I want. During the process, I question how people get a good quality photo. Especially when taking portraits, I want to know the camera tool that people use to mimic one of a professional photography. The easiest for me was landscape. I see good views everywhere. I don't have to adjust anything. I can just take it. The hardest was the macro photography. It was very difficult to put it in focus as it kept blurring out.
