When applied to straight lines, the across pleats can be folded deeply and uniformly. However, when applied to a circular fan, the difference between the circumferences of the inner and outer circles poses challenges. The overlap cannot exceed 5mm, and the lines may not appear very straight, requiring more patience. Nevertheless, it's worthwhile because rotational pleats significantly enrich the layers.
