Deforestation myths

Deforestation myths

Driven by a passion for nature and a desire to raise awareness about environmental issues, this personal project serves as a creative outlet for exploring the impact of deforestation. The project aims to combine illustrations and data points to convey a compelling narrative about the harmful effects of human activity on the natural world.

I took on the dual roles of illustrator and writer, crafting both the visual elements and the accompanying narrative for a personal blog post. Through illustrations and writing, I sought to shed light on the misconceptions surrounding deforestation and inspire readers to reconsider their relationship with the environment.

Outcome

The project represents a meaningful exploration of my personal passions and a commitment to using design as a tool for advocacy and education. By delving into a fresh graphic style and experimenting with innovative techniques, I aimed to captivate audiences and provoke thought on the pressing issue of deforestation. Beyond the realm of design, this project holds intrinsic value as a vehicle for personal growth and a platform for contributing to broader awareness and understanding of our planet's fragile ecosystems.
