In my role as a Sr. UX/UI Designer at PNC Bank, I had the privilege to work with an outstanding team to modernize and revamp their online banking website and credit card management suite, Virtual Wallet. The project involved a comprehensive redesign, incorporating contemporary design elements, intuitive navigation, and responsive features. We followed the company design guide and were required to make the website designs ADA complaint. The result was an enhanced user interface that streamlined the banking experience, demonstrating my commitment to creating user-centric and impactful digital solutions.

My Role & Contributions:

- Helped update the entire online banking UI to a more contemporary style

- Built and maintained wireframes according to brand style guide

- Influenced the development of UI conventions​

- UI has been shipped and used by +2M daily users

- Insured ADA compliance of all shipped interfaces
