У черзі все, як завжди: є люди, які приходять на годину раніше від відкриття, є ті, хто з'являється ввечері і сподівається якомога швидше пройти. Мій досвід переважно полягає в очікуванні документів, яких завжди не вистачає для різних інстанцій. Часом вам потрібна одна довідка, а для її отримання вам доводиться отримати ще 30 інших, і черга за цими документами може тривати до кінця робочого дня. Іноді, коли вже набридло просто сидіти, навіть у телефоні, ви починаєте відслуховувати випадкові розмови людей. Вони сваряться з колегами, родичами або просто обговорюють своїх сусідів. Завжди знаходиться якась старша жінка, яка кричить в телефон і не чує відповіді. Останнє, що я чула, це розмова з сином про борщ, який він повинен був зняти з плити, і вони просто не могли зрозуміти один одного. Чи всі люди в черзі мають однакову думку один про одного? Це дуже цікаве питання.

Sometimes, when you're tired of just sitting, even on the phone, you start listening in on people's random conversations. They quarrel with colleagues, relatives or simply discuss their neighbors. There is always some older woman who shouts into the phone and does not hear an answer. The last thing I heard was a conversation with my son about the borscht he had to take off the stove, and they just couldn't understand each other. Do all the people in line have the same opinion about each other? This is a very interesting question.
