All of Europe is playing Foosball
Around 11 million Facebook fans in Europe played an unique-foosball tournament for their country. The only thing needed was a Facebook account. The game was played on 50 real kicker tables on 100 pitches that were placed in Frankfurt. All moves were broadcasted live from integrated cameras.
A total of 23 European countries participated in over 300.000 matches. For Lidl it was the most successful social media campaign with 300% more fans daily and over 500.000 new fans.
