The proposed complex of multi-family buildings "a^3" was designed not only to have an attractive architectural form, but above all to create optimal living conditions, conducive to the development and integration of the local community.
The entire assumption was based on detailed analyzes of the immediate surroundings
the area being developed. In this way, an urban layout was created that responds to the needs of residents and the new reality. As a result, a project was created based on a modern quarter development concept, which is completely open on the ground floor, creating a space for shared recreation among residents.
The building is designed on the principle of modular "boxes" with a specific function inside. These assumptions apply to both the interior and exterior, creating a coherent whole. This procedure allows for any modification of the space according to the resident's needs. The modules can be opened freely. Each apartment, despite its compact structure, has access to a garden part, which can be additionally opened, creating an open and spacious space, at the same time giving a sense of unity with the surroundings. The building's facade is a dynamic structure that can be adapted to the preferences of the residents.
The main goal of the project was to create an open building that blends with the external surroundings, with easy access and a clear communication system.
